Refund and Return Policy

Return window: You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery.

How to request a return: Email service@playdotent.com with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason. Include photos or video if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Wait for our authorization and return address before shipping; do not send a return to the original shipping address without approval.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original condition with packaging, accessories and documentation. Items damaged through misuse, improper installation, modification or normal wear are not eligible. Items clearly marked final sale are not returnable unless defective or incorrect.

Return shipping: For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping. If we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged or defective, we pay the reasonable return shipping cost. Cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted.

Refunds: After receiving and inspecting the return, we will email the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or a damaged or defective item.

Exchanges: Contact us to request an exchange. Replacement availability depends on stock.

Warranty: Products include a one-year warranty from delivery for verified material or workmanship defects. Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, unauthorized modification or force majeure is excluded.
