1. Usage on Water：When you take the product to a water area and are ready to enjoy your time on the water, be sure to wear life-saving equipment, and then choose a calm water surface to place it, ensuring safety as the top priority.
2. Protection Against Sharp Objects：The air columns and air cushions of the product are of an inflatable structure and are quite delicate. Please avoid contact with sharp objects, such as stones, branches, etc., to prevent punctures that may cause air leakage and affect normal use.
3. Air Pressure Maintenance：Due to the temperature difference between day and night, the air pressure inside the tent will change. Usually, the air pressure decreases at night. You can use the equipped air pump to replenish the air pressure in a timely manner according to the actual usage scenario to maintain the best state of the tent.

2、Installation Instructions
This product features an innovative fully inflatable design, making the installation extremely straightforward. Just follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Place the product on the ground and unfold it.
Step 2: Inflate the air cushion and air columns on the ground. Inflate the air columns to 6 - 8 psi and the air cushion to 10 - 12 psi.
Step 3: Position the product either on the roof of your vehicle or in any other desired location.
Step 4: Secure the product firmly with the provided straps. Make sure it's properly fastened to guarantee safety during use, which is a top priority for consumers.
Step 5: Install the corresponding accessories, such as ladders, shoe bags, etc.
Step 6: Once everything is set up, you're all ready to use the product as normal. Enjoy!

OVERVIEW
◆ We try to ship as quickly as possible. Orders usually go out within 4 days of ordering if all the items are in stock, most times much quicker.If not,it'll be a week delay.
◆ However, during peak times (new releases and holidays) you will need to allow a couple more days for processing. PLEASE NOTE: once your package hits the post office, we CANNOT CONTROL where it goes,however we will give you a tracking number.
◆ We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
◆ We have warwhouse at {China} and {America},It will take {15}days to be delivered due to destinations.

2. Shipping Time: Standard international express delivery usually takes 10- 15 working days for delivery. The specific duration depends on the customs clearance efficiency of the destination country or region and the local logistics distribution speed. Economical sea freight is suitable for customers who are not in a hurry, and the shipping time is approximately 15 - 30 days.

3. Logistics Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will immediately provide you with a detailed logistics tracking number. You can check the shipping status of your goods in real-time through the "Order Tracking" page on our website or the official website of the logistics carrier. From the moment the goods leave our warehouse until they are safely delivered to you, the entire process is transparent and traceable.

4. Remote Areas: Please note that additional shipping fees may be incurred or the shipping time may be extended for some remote areas. Before you place an order, the system will automatically identify whether your shipping address is in a remote area and prompt you about any changes in relevant fees and shipping time. Returns
◆ As long as the products don't have man-made damage,we can do the refund for you for any reason in 30 days after you receiving the products.But you need to pay express fee.Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you receiving the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
◆ Return for Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please feel free to contact us{service@playdotent.com} , we are glad to help.

1. Send products to the wrong address (including returning directly to the place of shipment without contacting us).

Refunds

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 business days.
◆ You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you return for exchange, we will ship the item you want after receiving your returned product.The exchange time may vary depending on where you live.If you are shipping an item over $75, you’d better choosing a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not refund you if we can not receive your returned item.
