SETUP & PACK DOWN
Easy Setup. Easy On. Easy Off.
No longer complicated work on traditional rooftop tents. It shall only take around 15 mins for for setup with an electric pump.
Step 1 · Inspect and Unfold
Unfold the tent on clean, level ground. Remove stones, branches, and sharp objects, then inspect the fabric and valves before inflation.
Step 2 · Inflate and Wait
Inflate the air mattress to 10–12 PSI and the air beams to 6–8 PSI. Follow the product manual and check every valve.
Step 3 · Lift & Attach Tight
Use assistance for roof placement unless a safer verified lifting method is available. Secure the webbing and recheck each attachment point.
Step 4 · Deflate, Dry, Fold, and Store
Release pressure, keep hardware clear of the fabric, dry the tent fully, fold evenly, and return it to the storage bag.
Measured Sleep Space with Practical Ventilation
The 220 × 145 cm sleeping area uses a 15 cm inflatable mattress and is designed for 2–3 sleepers. Entry is available from both sides, with the canopy side recommended.
Mesh doors and windows help limit insects, while two dedicated vents support airflow when the main openings are closed.

An LED strip is hidden inside the air beam, spreading soft, glare-free light through the fabric at night.
UPF40+ Sun protection
The 300D oxford shell carries a black coating on the inner layer, helping create a darker, night-like interior. It also carries UPF40+ sun protection with UVA transmission under 5%.
Accessories & Waterproof
Sealed seams, SBS zippers and a 3000mm+ waterproof rating round out a build that passed a 1-hour simulated moderate-rain test with no leaks.

Use It Flexibly—Within Clear Boundaries
Primary use: rooftop camping on a vehicle and rack system. Clean, level ground or protected indoor use is possible when the mattress is shielded from sharp objects.
Consider water use only when the current instructions, local rules, conditions, and appropriate flotation equipment allow it. Never use it in current, waves, severe weather, high wind, or heavy rain; dry it fully before packing.

Fit, setup, pressure, weather, configuration, and support—answered before you order.
Fit cannot be confirmed from vehicle type alone. Check the vehicle roof, approved rack or platform, dynamic load rating, crossbar spacing, attachment points, and the combined installed weight. If unsure, send your year, make, model, and roof/rack photos before ordering.
Ground inflation may be manageable by one person, but roof placement and final positioning generally require two-person assistance unless you have a safer verified lifting method. Always follow the vehicle, rack, and product instructions.
For documented rooftop use, inflate the air mattress to 10–12 PSI and the air beams to 6–8 PSI. Follow the product manual and monitor pressure when temperatures change.
The documented test recorded no leakage during one hour of simulated moderate rain. That result does not cover every weather condition. Do not use Castle Shell in high wind, heavy rain, long-term outdoor residence, or extreme climates.
Stop using the tent, move it to a clean safe area, identify the affected component, and follow the repair-kit and product-manual instructions. Contact Playdo support when the damage, valve, or seam is outside the documented repair procedure.
